Our DEI strategy marathon is implemented in three phases for successful incorporation into varying work environments.
Assess Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in your organization (average 3 months)
When starting the diagnostic phase, you have not started your DEI strategy, or have started but you are not clear on where to go. With clear strategic directions to change your DEI culture, you need a preliminary diagnosis and start with strategic planning to set priorities and get clarity on the next steps.
This phase includes:
Building a DEI case including strategic planning sessions and 3 months of inclusive recruitment analysis to analyze your full hiring cycle and make concrete recommendations
Assessing the current situation in your organization including an HR audit and interview focus groups and desk review analysis
Creating buy-in with facilitation of a communication meeting to various stakeholders
We offer facilitation of a strategic meeting, conduct a full assessment, make recommendations and help you make priorities for execution.
At the end of this phase, you will receive actionable and strategic recommendations to engage a real commitment of the top. You will be set up to develop a strong DEI strategy, articulate a philosophy and a vision around diversity and connect it with the organization’s culture, values, mission, and objectives.
Build and implement the strategy (average 3 to 6 months)
At the execution phase, you are clear on your next steps and you need to start executing your plan You will need to have a strategic direction and manage the project effectively: What has been implemented, what works and what doesn't, discussing specific problems, further advice, and guidance.
This phase includes:
Prioritizing to define short-term, mid-term, and long-term outcomes, identify metrics to evaluate progress, confirm top objectives
Taking actions to design a 2-years concrete action plan with a clear timeline, responsibilities and resources
We offer project management assistance for a successful project completion.
At the end of this phase, you will have a clear Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy defined, including outcomes, metrics, and priorities to develop an action plan towards your goals.
Integrate into the various levels of the organization (6 months to 1 year)
At this stage, you are conscious about the changes needed in your organization. You want to integrate a cultural DEI strategy at every level of your organization and start changing the culture in the long term so you can make it truly inclusive.
We support you in setting up activities, interventions, and programs that create and foster an inclusive environment, such as anti-bias training, conducting needs assessments and internal surveys, setting up anti-discrimination mechanisms, cultural awareness, developing inclusive guidelines for external and internal communication, celebrating diversity events, liaising with external experts and stakeholders.
This phase includes:
Engaging by demonstrating the importance of DEI with awareness training
Educating with coaching and training on diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, cultural awareness, inclusive recruitment and career development
At the end of this phase, employees and leaders in the organizations will be ready for a long-term change and apply the behaviors necessary to integrate in relation to the mission and vision at every level of your organization.
